"I can honestly say that your service by far outstrips many software companies who purport to offer support when in fact you are just directed around the websites in a circular fashion. I have been so impressed with the immediacy of responses to my calls for help and the clear and logical way the information was portrayed. There was no 'talking down' to me or making me feel like an idiot because I couldn't get the software to register. If I may share something with you it may help to underpin the validity of my comments:In the mid-eighties I was Customer Support Manager to a company that sold systems worldwide to interface between typesetting front-ends and computerized back-ends. My support department built up an extremely good reputation worldwide and were always at the brunt end of customers' tempers. As we mainly sold to the print industry we often found that when a newspaper was approaching a print deadline and they hit problems our software wasn't overcoming - steam almost came out of the telephone when they phoned in. But our staff never lost their cool and relentlessly talked irate customers through to a solution. The strain was enormous as the industry was in its infancy. Needless to say that I therefore appreciate and recognize really good customer support when I experience it. As I said in my previous communication - you by far supersedes any other driver update program software support service in the industry - you are 5 star in my opinion!
